Visiting Doctors and Nurses
 We have a variety of Doctor’s and Nurses that visit the building on a monthly basis. Services such as, Flu shots, to blood pressure, without leaving the comforts of the building.

Weekly Meal Program
Our Meal program runs Monday – Friday in a sit down sitting. 

Fresh produce available every other week
 Fresh Produce is brought in every other week for Tenants to purchase

Dairy Products available every week
 Dairy Products are brought in every week for Tenants to purchase.

Smart Bus access available
 The Smart Bus is available for those needing transportation, they are also scheduled on a weekly basis to take Tenants to local Grocery and Retail locations. 

Laundry facilities on every floor
 For the convenience of tenants Laundry Facilities are located on every floor of the building. 

Monthly Newsletter
 The building staff put together a monthly newsletter with information from; scheduled bus runs, when a doctor or nurse will be visiting, special events, and great recipes. 

Small Pets allowed
 Small Pets are allowed at Thomas F. Taylor Towers with some limitations on size and how many.  Please talk with the office staff for more information. 

Some handicapped units
 Thomas F. Taylor Towers has several one and two bedroom apartments designed for the handicap.  Please talk with the office staff for more information and availability. 

Special Events and Picnics through out the year
 The staff at Taylor Towers conducts Special Events through out the year for the tenants enjoyments, such as, Summer Picnic, Christmas Party, Tiger Day, Karaoke, and Movie Nights. 

Emergency pull cords in every apartment
 There are two emergency cords in every apartment, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. 

Health seminars
 A variety of Health seminars are conducted yearly. 

Daily door check
daily door check is a program that involves tenant volunteers checking for hanging door cards. The check is that of, a tenant will put there door card out in the morning to let us know your up and OK.

Library
Our large library covers a Varity of books and Magazines. A tenant can check out a book or magazine or enjoy sitting and reading within the library.

Computer Room
We have four computers with free assess to the internet.  Tenants can also print off pictures of there grandchildren or a favorite recipe.

Billiards
There are two billiard tables for our tenants to enjoy the game by themselves or as a group.

Exercise Room
We have a Varity of exercise equipment for our tenants to keep tone, strengthen or just enjoy exercising.

Beauty Shop
There are two stylists at the shop that work a Varity of hours and days to fit the needs of our tenants.  There is an additional charge for service at the shop.

Arts and Craft Room
From painting to cleaning of green ware tenants enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of working on ceramics.  We will also be bringing seasonal arts and craft in the future.

Game Room
There are a Varity of Card games, Bingo, Puzzles and more waiting in the Game Room.
