Q. What if there is an emergency in the middle of the night?
A. There is someone in the office from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.  There is also staff on hand for emergencies from 1:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Q. Do all apartments have balcony’s
A. Not all but most apartments have balcony’s

Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
A. Yes, there are laundry facilities on each floor and there is no charge to the tenants to use the washers and dryer. 

Q. How I’m I notified on what’s happening in the building?
A.  A newsletter and calendar are delivered monthly, with other event notices posted through-out the month.

Q. Where do I pick up my mail?
A. We have a mailroom, with each apartment having there own locked mailbox.

Q.  Are there club I can get involved in?
A. Yes, the Senior Club is a tenant run group that has monthly meetings, dinners and other special events.
